- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Whenever it snows, the carriers send out notices that they won't be delivering the mail. The funny part about this is that they put those notices in your mailbox (which I guess is easier than putting your actual mail in the mailbox). Many neighbors have called to complain, but the postmaster just doesn't care about the low delivery rate.By A Google User, February 08, 2017
